Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to offer that time to another client. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee based on the scheduled service price. Late Cancellations Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may also be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please note that your deposit is due within 24hrs of booking your appointment!!
